Where Winter Grit first popped up.
On 6 December 2025, we packed up Winter Grit and headed to Depot Birmingham for our first-ever physical pop-up.
Part of the Depot Christmas Climbing Fair, the event brought together a collection of small independent climbing brands for an afternoon of climbing, Christmas shopping and meeting the people behind the products.
For us, it was the first opportunity to take Winter Grit offline — putting the products in front of people, meeting the local climbing community and figuring out what a Winter Grit pop-up could actually look like.
